2016 was an incredible year at The Nemi Group. With the help of our amazing clients, we won the Keller Williams Gold Award for outstanding sales. On the heels of this honor, I was asked to speak on a panel at the Keller Williams annual conference in February, which had over 30,000 people in attendance. In a breakout session of 700 people I shared best practices and strategies to help other agents grow their business. Education is a passion for me, whether it’s educating clients, fellow agents, or children.
Giving back is a core value of ours, whether that means sharing our knowledge and resources with other agents, donating money, or our time, to worthy local organizations that benefit our community.
With each closing, we make a donation to local non-profits that are committed to helping kids in our area succeed.
Eastside College Preparatory School
We are pleased to support in Eastside Prep. This East Palo Alto school is committed to opening new doors for students historically underrepresented in higher education. Eastside students who are the first in their families to go to college create a ripple effect, changing their own lives, the lives of their families, and the life of their community.
Street Code Academy
Near and dear to our hearts, Street Code is East Palo Alto’s only tech-focused community center where youth and adults can learn industry-relevant technical skills. StreetCode Academy’s evening classes are taught weekly with the goals of creating living wage jobs for East Palo Alto residents, and increasing diversity in Silicon Valley. So many of us in the Bay Area have technical skills, and Street Code is always looking for volunteers.
